My parents had the most wonderful experience celebrating their 55th anniversary weekend at this beautiful hotel which was part of a weekend get away we planned for them. From the moment they arrived, everything felt warm, elegant, and thoughtfully prepared — but what truly made the stay exceptional was the incredible care shown by the manager Sam. He went above and beyond to make their anniversary unforgettable. Every detail was handled with genuine kindness and professionalism, from a warm welcome at check-in to thoughtful surprises that made my parents feel truly celebrated. It wasn’t just great service — it was heartfelt hospitality! My parents couldn’t stop talking about how cared for and special they felt throughout their stay. The hotel itself was stunning, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. Dynamite for dinner was exceptional as well but it was the managers attentiveness and personal touch that transformed a lovely weekend into a cherished memory. We are beyond grateful for their anniversary weekend experience and they will absolutely return. If you’re looking for a place where guests are treated like family and special moments are honored with extraordinary service this hotel is it.

It doesn't get much better than the Farnam. The value is terrific. The staff (especially the porters) legit hustle to everything they do. Everyone has great suggestions on dining and activities and more than just "Go to the zoo" but actually specific activities and meals at locations. The restaurant and bar are among the best at any hotel. The options are great and it all taste amazing. The rooms are phenomenal, high end, and clean. I would legit put this place up against the top Marriott brands. If there are industry awards these staffers should be nominated! This was my 2nd stay and I continue to remain impressed. Congrats to Sam and the entire team (many of whom I recognized from last year which is also great to see)

We ended up staying at The Farnam when the hotel we originally booked for our wedding weekend ended up being absolutely awful. I don't write reviews very often but the entire staff made our stay absolutely magical. We showed up late on Friday, April 24 & were greeted by Kira at the front desk. She was beyond sweet & extremely personable & gave us some bubbles to kick off our wedding weekend; & she even had some chocolate covered strawberries & some more wine delivered to our room on Saturday evening when we came back from our wedding. Derek, Chewie, David, & Camille also were the absolute best with helping us with other things & valet. The rooms are extremely clean, the beds are comfy, and the hotel is overall quiet & cozy. We also had some cocktails at the bar, Catalyst & Sunday brunch at Dynamite which I highly recommend both! I didn't get the names of everyone who helped us but they were all awesome too! The staff at The Farnam made a slightly stressful but fun weekend feel more special in a way I didn't anticipate. While it is a touch more expensive than surrounding hotels, the service & care & comfort you'll find is worth every penny. Absolutely 10/10 recommend you stay here! Thanks for the impeccable stay!!!! (I failed to get any photos because I was running around doing bride things & my brain stopped functioning... the photos on their website are accurate of the rooms!)

If you’re looking to stay at a hotel in Omaha, this is the place to do that! Super nice staff! Derek, Scott, and Kiara are amazing!!! I booked for the wrong date and Scott was able to get me into a room! I went thru a website and they overcharged me and Scott and Kiara worked things out for me! Derek does such good valet! Super sweet! Everyone who works here is super cool and gets things done! Also the bartender with curly hair makes really good drinks!

This hotel was top notch. Sam at the front desk was able to handle all our pre booking requests with ease. Every staff member we encountered was cheerful and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. We will stay here again next time we are in Omaha.
