Phenomenal Stay at The Meritage Resort! I stayed at The Meritage Resort from 7/29 through 8/2 and had a wonderful time from start to finish. The entire staff was so responsive and helpful—I was always greeted with a warm smile and a nod as I walked around the property, which made the atmosphere feel so welcoming. My room was clean and very comfortable throughout my stay. A special shoutout to the dining options on site: Ember Steak: Even as a vegetarian, I had a spectacular dinner here! The menu and kitchen handled my dietary preference effortlessly. Fivetown Grocery: The drip coffee was top-notch, and the morning staff were absolutely delightful to chat with. Everything about this stay made for a peaceful, memorable getaway. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back!

My wife and I had an amazing dining experience at Olive & Hay Italian Restaurant! Our server, Wilbert, made our visit truly special. He was warm, attentive, and always served us with a genuine smile. He made us feel like VIPs from the moment we arrived. Since it was my birthday month, Wilbert surprised us with the most delicious dessert, which made the celebration even more memorable. His outstanding customer service and friendly personality made our evening unforgettable. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. I highly recommend Olive & Hay, and if you have the chance, ask for Wilbert—you won’t be disappointed!

Saw Primus here live! Great balcony view of the entire show! Loved it so much I will be back for another show sonetime soon. It was pretty expensive but it was well worth it in my opinion. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We had some issues with the reserved seating but they made it right. Would glady come again! Great olace with a bunch of on site restaurants and bars. You dont need to really leave. Or you can order door dash as well. Unforgettable concert and luxury views!

We had such a wonderful dining experience at Olive & Hay. The food was excellent, the ambiance was beautiful, and what truly made our visit even more memorable was the exceptional service. I’m embarrassed by the way this hotel is ran. I left a ring in my room and I tried calling. Upon calling, you have to argue with the AI voice to get through to a live person. Once I got ahold of a live person, she informed me I had to fill out a form per policy. I filled out the form and tried to call back. After explaining I filled out the form she didn’t say anything, just transferred me to the security department. That went straight to voicemail. Policy is great, but so is good customer service. I don’t think it’s that hard to ask “hey where might you have put it” and say “oh we have it!” A little confirmation to ease your customers mind would be great! Do better. Update: (That one lady was beyond rude) BUT huge shout out to Chris and his team from security for adding this to their priority list. And a huge thank you to Edwin from the front desk for looking into it. Ring was found. Review updated from 1-3 stars because of those superheroes.
