The Pfister Hotel

My husband and I stayed here for a wedding, and we are so glad that we did! First of all, the hotel is GORGEOUS. The service is also superb. My husband was in the wedding, so while he was off doing wedding party things I was left to have fun at The Pfister. I made myself a reservation for Afternoon Tea and it was exceptional. Juan was so knowledgeable and kind! After I went to tea, I went down to the spa to get a facial. Anara was amazing! We also ordered breakfast room service two days in a row because it was so good!

As an interfaith wedding rabbi and officiant, I have officiated weddings in many remarkable venues over the years. What struck me about The Pfister Hotel was the sense of history that surrounds every celebration held there. This was our second stay at the Pfister Hotel and we will absolutely be coming back again! The grand lobby, the attentive staff, the guest accommodations, all amazing! We booked one of the suites and it was clean and inviting. The bed was very comfortable and the room never felt "stuffy" like a lot of hotel rooms tend to feel. Very dog friendly, which we loved. The area surrounding the hotel is also great. Walkable to many restaurants and a cute park is only a few blocks away. Felt very safe, even at nighttime.

This hotel is Devine! The artwork alone is breathtaking! But the staff, man the staff was way beyond professional, courteous, and delightful. Shout out to Jordan in the restaurant! And major shout out to the Spa (Wells Spa)(?). Joyce, Carla and Lavinia were our nail techs. They did a wonderful job! I forgot the names of our massage therapists, but I got the stone treatment and just melted away all of my tension. Major love to Cierra our makeup specialist! She was perfect in giving me and my bestie great looks for our event! Our view from the 20th floor was awesome with a view of the lake. Thank you all for making my visit a memorable one!

The room was immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in, ensuring a restful night’s sleep every evening. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding staff. Every member of the team was warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional service. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made us feel valued throughout our visit. Every detail reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellence, and it exceeded our expectations in every way.
