The Piedmont Room & Piedmont Garden Tent

There truly are not enough words to describe how wonderful the Piedmont Room & Garden Tent was for our wedding this weekend. From beginning to end, the entire experience exceeded every expectation we had. Lauren, Natalie, and Josh are an exceptional team. Lauren was always quick, responsive, and helpful throughout the touring and contracting process. Natalie made sure every catering detail and seating arrangement was handled perfectly and seamlessly. And Josh … where do we even begin? He was, without question, one of the most thoughtful, detail-oriented, proactive, and genuinely caring vendors we worked with throughout our entire wedding process. He absolutely made our wedding day what it was. Josh anticipated every need before we even realized it ourselves, handled every detail flawlessly, and solved issues immediately- even when they had nothing to do with the venue itself. What stood out most was how deeply he cared. He treated us like family and made us feel completely taken care of from start to finish. Throughout the entire evening, he was constantly checking in, making sure we were happy, relaxed, and truly able to enjoy every moment of our day. His calm presence, professionalism, and kindness made the entire experience feel effortless. I can honestly say that if our wedding had been anywhere else, with anyone else, it would not have been the same. The entire staff was warm, attentive, and wonderful to work with, and the space itself was absolutely stunning. Everything looked gorgeous (as you can see in pictures attached!) and of Josh coming up to us at the end of the night to hug us and check on us before we did our send off. Who does that?! Also, special shoutout to Sam, she was also checking in and making sure we were taken care of and her staff was incredible to our guests. Truly a 12/10 experience all the way around!! We are beyond grateful to the Piedmont Room & Garden Tent team for giving us the most perfect wedding day imaginable. We cannot recommend them highly enough. You will not regret having your wedding here and working with this team!!!

We had our wedding here on October 18, 2024. The moment we toured we knew this was our wedding venue. Ashley and the whole team made wedding planning a breeze. Josh was amazing at our food tasting and on our wedding day he constantly checked up on me and made sure I was able to enjoy every moment of our special day. We recently stopped by Park Tavern for a quick drink and ran into Josh while he was working an event and it was so sweet to see him and catch up. Our guests and wedding party still talk about how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the food and service was. Wishing we could go back and relive this day over and over again. Beautiful venue, we loved how our photos came out. BUT be aware of the food quality if that matters to you ... I thought we were in good hands because dishes came out excellent during tasting in buffet trays. However, the kitchen was unable execute the same on wedding day with all proteins being served way overcooked & dry (even beef short ribs which are so fatty and hard to overcook). Rice was cooked to the point of congealing together. Got so many guest complaints and spent time needing to apologize 😩

I had my wedding at The Piedmont Room back in August, and it was everything I could have hoped and wished for!! Ashley, Lauren, and the whole staff were amazing and so professional!! The communication was top tier, and any request I had was handled with zero issues!! The food was amazing! The space was amazing! My guests and wedding party complimented everything all night! I would recommend them for your wedding venue a million times over! Truly a 10000/10. Thank you all again so much! We truly appreciate how special you made our day! ❤️
