The Royal Park Hotel

There are not enough words for me describe this amazing hotel. We had a family gathering for our uncle’s surprise birthday party so the family was in town. This was a perfect place when it comes to comfort, quality, service, and just outstanding experience from the rooms to the bar. Outstanding service certainly was to be had in the park 600 restaurant as we had an amazing server Ileana, who took care of us over the weekend and certainly repeated on Monday morning by Alyssa. Tim, the restaurant manager, was outstanding on our Monday morning as he and Alyssa had the whole place and he was amazing from serving attending bar. To show how great the customer experience was in the restaurant I explained to Iliana that my wife was a vegan and she had the chef come out and make her a personal vegan breakfast. Not only did he make this amazing meal. he also presented it to her at the table. Customer service times 10 stars !!! so if you have diet restrictions, I can assure you that this restaurant and this chef and staff can take care of whatever dietary needs they might be when it comes to your culinary taste buds and restrictions. The bar staff over our stay were absolutely amazing led by Kristin and her team and I’m sure there are many names that I don’t remember, but certainly do remember the nighttime ladies behind the bar as they were outstanding. I would like to say that we got to the bar Sunday night around 8:57 PM and the two ladies that were in there accommodated our drinks requests and made them for us even though the place closes at nine. The bar staff could not do enough to accommodate our wishes as well as the guests that we are around in this amazing place. .I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for an amazing experience filled with comfort, excellent customer service along outstanding room service, which was provided for us by Vera. Amazing property with attention to every detail. Not super expensive. Hotel room quality was unusually superior to current standards we see. Staff seemed proud to be working there and seemed happy. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

My husband , daughter and myself stayed 2 nights at the Royal Park Hotel, It appears to be a very beautiful hotel, however we became extremely disappointed in our stay! Not only was the air not cooling off the room properly there were ANTS! Ants crawling on the nightstand and the chaise lounge! This was not a good stay! We informed the front desk upon checking out and have not been contacted by any hotel staff. Do not recommend!

The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. The staff were friendly and responsive, which made the stay more pleasant. The location was convenient, and the facilities were generally satisfactory. One area for improvement would be expanding the variety of breakfast menu options to better meet the needs of different guests. Overall, it was a positive and enjoyable stay.

I brought my mom to Royal Park Hotel for afternoon tea in celebration of her birthday and we both had a wonderful time! We had seven different teas to try and a delicious assortment of fruit, pastries, hot hors d’oeuvres, tea sandwiches, and desserts. I follow a vegan diet and was so grateful the chef was able to curate the entire menu to fit my dietary needs. Alyssa took amazing care of us throughout the entire experience and even brought my mom a surprise slice of birthday pie. The cherry on top was the complimentary valet service. We really felt like we received the royal treatment!
