The Sunset Terrace

We hosted our wedding welcome dinner at Sunset Terrace, and it was the perfect place to kick off our wedding weekend. The space is absolutely beautiful, the food and drinks were amazing, and everything ran so smoothly from start to finish. Alex and her staff took care of every detail and made the entire experience feel seamless and stress-free. Our guests loved the atmosphere, and it was such a special way to welcome everyone to Santa Fe. We are so grateful for such a wonderful evening and would highly recommend Sunset Terrace for a wedding event or private celebration!

In late June of 2025, we held my mom's 90th birthday party at the Sunset Terrace. I cannot say enough about how wonderful it was! The food was superb, the service fantastic and the setting, beautiful. My mom's 90th birthday celebration could not have been better and for an event that will happen once in a lifetime it was truly perfect. Special appreciation to the amazing food by Chef Dale, the coordination by Alexandra and the incredible wait staff. This was truly a "next level" experience and we are grateful for all that was done to make it extra special. I highly recommend the Sunset Terrace for any special event. It is as consistent as its sister restaurants: Coyote Cafe, Santa Cafe and the Cantina. What a jewel in Santa Fe. Thank you all for making it great!

Had my daughter’s bridal shower here 6/20/26 and it was amazing from beginning to end. Alex was a sweetheart, she answered all questions, her and her staff decorated with the upmost compassion and love. Mimosas were amazing, food was delicious. Thank You ALL for an amazing and memorable day, my daughter will treasure this day forever. 💕 5 + Stars

The Sunset Terrace is stunning!!! We had our wedding there at sunset in October 2024. The staff truly knocked it all the way out of the park. All the guests raved about the service. We did the entire wedding there - social hour, ceremony, reception & dinner and dance. How awesome it was to plan out one venue instead of multiple ones. Alexandra and her staff attended to every single detail, and there just wasn’t anything they wouldn’t do. The food was amazing - our guests loved it, we loved it. They made this so truly magical, our guests are still posting the pictures they took there. I’m hoping for another event to come along so we can use this venue again! Thank you, thank you to Sunset Terrace - to all the staff who made this vision happen. 💜🥂🩷

Fantastic FIVE STAR Event Venue in Santa Fe! My husband and I got married and had our wedding celebration at The Sunset Terrace. Chef Dale, Elisa and the rest of the team did an absolutely amazing job. Every detail was attended to at an expert level. The ambiance is cool and gorgeous. Views of the mountains and sunset are an added bonus. Elegant and comfortable, it is the perfect space for an intimate celebration like ours! We had a lovely pre-wedding cocktail hour with a local folk guitarist as entertainment, providing a New Mexican flair for our guests as they arrived. Then, all 110 guests were guided to the terrace for our beautiful ceremony where we had a Native American flutist as background as we exchanged our vows. Afterwards, another cocktail hour pre-ceded our absolutely stellar seated dinner. Each guest was given a menu and were able to select their choices right then. The food was extraordinary as Chef Dale always knocks it out of the park. The wait staff was highly attentive to each and every guest. Dessert, wine then dancing to music with a DJ topped it all off. So many of our guests after the fact said it was the best wedding they had ever been to! The team at the Sunset Terrace simply speaking, exceeded our expectations. Now we are preparing to have a BIG birthday party there to celebrate a milestone birthday of my husband's. Highly recommend!
