Van Dusen Mansion

If you’re getting married and want a timeless fairytale wedding, look no further. My, now husband, and I absolutely fell in LOVE with the Van Dusen when we looked at it online. Once we stepped foot into the mansion for our first walkthrough with the amazing staff, our minds were made up. I still look at our photos nearly 2 years later and it feels like our magical day all over again. I can’t recommend the Van Dusen enough 🤍

The wedding of our dreams! We are beyond grateful to have found not only a venue, but a staff that took such good care of us and our guests for our 12/20/25 wedding. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, the VDM team was incredibly responsive and available to answer any questions we had. They were flexible with us with touring the venue (several times) to make sure we felt comfortable leading up to wedding day. We planned our wedding from out of state and the VDM team made it so easy. On wedding day I was able to be in the moment without a care in the world because of our vendors, including the VDM staff, who took care of absolutely everything and I never had to think twice about it. They are top notch! I would highly recommend the Van Dusen Mansion to anyone looking for a classic, timeless, luxury feel wedding in the Minneapolis area. 1000/10!

Great location for a smaller size wedding, kept moving throughout the property for chapters of the wedding. Stunning wood work in the mansion and very friendly staff.

The VDM was a flawless venue. They were so organized and helpful, that we didn’t require any outside wedding planner. The venue was beautiful and so unique that every part of the night is in a different space, it helped with the overall flow and kept the entire night an adventure! It was fully blooming and green for our Memorial Day weekend wedding. All associated staff, including our day of coordinator, were easy to communicate with and helpful in planning. The day of coordinator was able to take my notes/decor and set everything up perfectly. We stayed on time the whole night. Would highly recommend!

My wife and I were married at the Van Dusen in the last two weeks. Firstly, it was by far the best day of our lives. Second, the team and vendors within the Van Dusen ecosystem could have not done a better job. There was not a single moment where I had to worry about anything on our big day, it just was efficiently being handled behind the scenes. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything operates smoothly. They COULD NOT run a better business if they tried, truly masters of their craft. We want to give a special thanks to, Sicily. She was out wedding coordinator, and was kind and professional throughout the planning to the actual execution of the event. You went above and beyond for us, and undoubtedly were a huge part in why the day went so well. Thank you Van Dusen staff!
