Villa Siena

We have no complaints about our apartment. We appreciate the maintenance team, they are always so thorough and get things situated quickly. Jasmine at the office. She's been so helpful every time I've needed something. Minor or major issues have always been handled with the same manner of care and attention to detail. My 85 year old dad stopped by recently to check the lost and found, and he came home raving about how kind and patient she was with him. That is Jasmine for you. Overall, I love this place.

Almost a year here and we love it. Great place to live, great environment, and great employees. Love the different playgrounds my son can go to, the pools that are always clean as well as the areas for our family to grill & enjoy a nice day. Love that we can also have nice peaceful walks around our apartments that have such well kept areas that make it very peaceful & an enjoyable walk. Have also met neighbors on our walks, everyone is very friendly here. All employees have been amazing with helping us, that being from maintenance or resident service. Ever since we moved here we've just had an amazing experience and would recommend to anyone looking to move here, do it!

I am writing to share my wonderful experience with Jherric from the maintenance team. Jherric is truly amazing; he is incredibly kind and patient. He works quickly and takes the time to explain exactly what he did to ensure I understood what was fixed. Additionally, he informed me to expect a follow-up by the middle of next week. It is such a blessing to have a maintenance team member who is so professional and kind. I believe he is a great asset to your team and deserves a raise for his hard work and excellent service!

I’ve lived at Villa Siena for over 8 years, and honestly I’m very disappointed with the management recently. Within the past year alone, my bedroom ceiling has leaked THREE separate times. Every time, the repairs take around 10–15 business days, bringing constant construction noise, dust, odor, workers going in and out, and loss of privacy. This latest repair notice even states that my bedroom will be sealed off and inaccessible during the repairs. Despite this, management still considers the apartment “habitable” and refuses to provide any temporary accommodation, telling us to figure it out ourselves. Very frustrating experience for long-term residents.

I had a great experience with the maintenance service at my apartment . Fereidoun was professional, respectful, and extremely knowledgeable. He arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and fixed everything efficiently. What really stood out was his positive attitude and attention to detail . he made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Also, I want to Thank Jherric who came Later to speed up the process. It’s rare to find a great team who truly cares about doing quality work and making residents feel valued. I really appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend both of them to anyone needing maintenance support. 5 Star service
