Also keep in mind that events wrap up by 11pm due to neighborhood noise ordinances, so planning for an earlier, high-energy dance floor is always a good idea. I recently attended my cousin’s wedding at Villa Woodbine with my family of four, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The valet service immediately set the tone. The staff were incredibly courteous, opening and closing our car doors and making us feel genuinely welcomed. Throughout the event, the service remained just as impressive. The servers offering hors d’oeuvres on trays were attentive and knowledgeable, describing each item while presenting them beautifully. The venue itself has a stunning Mediterranean-Renaissance atmosphere that feels both elegant and inviting. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the accessibility features, including ramps on the first floor. The DJ did a fantastic job keeping the energy up all night, playing a mix of music in both English and Spanish that appealed to all generations. The bar staff were professional and responsible, carefully checking IDs while serving great drinks to guests. The ceremony was beautifully executed, and the transition into the dinner reception was seamless. The food was outstanding. My mother, sister, and I enjoyed the filet mignon with mashed potatoes, asparagus, and carrots, which was perfectly prepared. My father had the chicken and loved it as well. Later in the evening, a selection of mini desserts was brought out, including key lime pie, red velvet cupcakes, crème brûlée, and flan. Each one was as delicious as it was visually appealing. One of the highlights was the photo area, complete with a professional camera setup, a skilled photographer, and fun props that made it enjoyable for everyone. The night ended with more dancing and great music, leaving us with unforgettable memories. Overall, this was a flawless event at a beautiful venue. I would absolutely recommend Villa Woodbine. 5/5.

Our wedding at Villa Woodbine was truly a day to remember. With about 70 guests, it was the perfect size for our celebration. The space somehow managed to feel both spacious and incredibly intimate at the same time. Surrounded by the lush greenery of the property, it honestly felt surreal — like we were tucked away from South Florida and the time stood still. The food was exceptional. Many of our guests commented on how delicious everything was and how beautifully the dishes were prepared and presented. Wedding food often comes with low expectations, but Bill Hansen Catering absolutely raised the bar. Every course felt thoughtful, elevated, and memorable. The service throughout the night was also fantastic. From the servers to the bartenders, everyone was friendly, warm, and attentive. Our guests felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of, which made the entire evening feel even more special. I also have to specifically mention Gipsy, who was wonderful to work with. Planning a wedding comes with a lot of questions and small worries, and she always made the time to help. Even during busy moments, she was pleasant, patient, and did her best to answer my questions and reassure me. Her professionalism and kindness made the entire planning process much smoother. When we asked our guests afterward how they would describe the night and the venue, the one word that kept coming up again and again was “magical.” That really says it all. The only small downside is that the majority of the property is outdoors. In the days leading up to the event I was a bit nervous about potential rain, since adding a tent would definitely change the ambiance of my wedding design. However, this is something you’re aware of before booking. Thankfully, the weather ended up being absolutely gorgeous for us. And honestly, even if there had been a drizzle, the venue is so beautiful that it still would have been an exceptional place to celebrate. Overall, we couldn’t have imagined a more perfect place for our wedding. If you’re considering Villa Woodbine, it is truly a magical venue that creates an unforgettable experience for both you and your guests.

A day to remember!!! Found Villa Woodbine via the Knot and TikTok and I fell in love instantly! We went to tour right away and Genevieve was the event manager that gave us the best tour and we knew this place was the one! We book two years in advance and they were already selling out for 2025 back then, which was insane! So we knew we had to act fast and we were so grateful we did! They were attentive, answered all of our questions (sometimes I had way too much haha) and helped make our vision into a reality! There were some hiccups along the way in terms of miscommunication with a new coordinator that just started but it was quickly resolved before the wedding and I was truly grateful! Being a type A bride sure made it difficult haha but they are all very professional and handle it with grace. The food itself was to die for and the overall staff the day off were so kind not only to my husband and I but to all of our guests. Our family and friends still talk about our wedding! Overall it’s an amazing venue, with amazing food, workers, and event managers! I would recommend them to anyone who wants to have their event or wedding here!
