Woodbine Mansion was truly the venue of my dreams. Growing up, I loved Father of the Bride and always envisioned an estate-style wedding that felt timeless, romantic, and classically beautiful — and this venue brought that vision to life in the most incredible way. I actually discovered Woodbine Mansion on TikTok through a video of the wisteria and instantly fell in love. From that moment on, I knew without a doubt that it was where I wanted to get married. At the time, I was living in California, and many people questioned why I would choose Texas, but it was an easy decision. Texas has always held a special place in my heart from my time at Texas Christian University, and Woodbine made it feel even more meaningful. The property itself is absolutely stunning — every room, every detail, every space feels thoughtfully designed and effortlessly beautiful. Beyond that, the team was so kind, accommodating, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. For the level of beauty, service, and experience, the value is truly exceptional. Woodbine Mansion speaks for itself, and I know it will continue to host so many unforgettable celebrations for years to come. We already find ourselves dreaming of returning one day — hopefully to celebrate a vow renewal here in 25 years.

We got married at Woodbine Mansion on January 24th, 2025. Our ceremony was outside in front of their gazebo, and our reception was held inside the included (only included for winter weddings) clear tent. We were so blessed with the weather and had a beautiful sunny day on the day of our wedding. The mansion itself is gorgeous and our guests loved exploring the interior when they weren't busy with celebrations. The getting ready areas upstairs are so thoughtfully designed while still being picturesque for all your photoshoot moments. They had mini fridges for snacks and drinks, plenty of mirrors and even storage space for the bridal party to stash their stuff out of the way. The front of the mansion is perfect for large family photos after the ceremony and with the tent set up just around the corner people could easily come and go when they were needed for photos. We also rented a Rolls Royce getaway car that we were able to do a photoshoot with in front of the mansion. That ended up being one of my favorite parts of the wedding night. It was such a blast and sneaking away from the reception just the two of us for it made it so special. The tent was perfect for our wedding and had plenty of room for our 6 round guest tables, 1 rectangular head table, round cake and champagne tower table, dance floor, dj booth, bar, and escort card cart that doubled as our late night snack cart. There are stalled restrooms outside the mansion that are very nice and easier for guests to get to from the tent, plus you won't have to worry about someone stumbling into your getting ready room looking for a toilet. January is cold even in Texas and there won't be natural flowers blooming on site at that time, but you can have heaters for the tent and most of their grass is actually turf so you don't have to worry about it being brown. The staff was wonderful to work with and even gave a little wedding gift at the end of the night. I would definitely recommend Woodbine Mansion for couples getting married in the Austin area.

This made selecting our catering such a breeze, as we knew we were choosing from high-quality and reputable options. The variety of spaces available at Woodbine Mansion is also fantastic. It allowed us to seamlessly stage different parts of our wedding day in distinct and beautiful settings, from the ceremony to the cocktail hour to the reception. This flexibility truly enhanced the flow of the day. Finally, the mansion itself and its surrounding grounds are simply breathtaking. The natural beauty of the venue is so striking that we found we didn't need to add a lot of extra decor. Woodbine Mansion provides an elegant and romantic backdrop, making for stunning photos and the most memorable experience.

Absolutely Magical – The Dreamiest Wedding Venue We Could Have Imagined My husband and I got married at Woodbine Mansion on June 13th, 2025, and it was truly the dreamiest wedding venue we could have imagined. My husband and I toured the venue during a showcase in January, 2024 and from the moment we stepped onto the property, knew Woodbine Mansion was the one. We had toured several other venues before, but none of them felt quite right—until we walked into Woodbine. It truly took our breath away and immediately felt like the perfect place to start our forever. Throughout the entire planning process, the team at Woodbine Mansion was nothing short of incredible. They were thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our day everything we dreamed it would be. Their professionalism and kindness made everything so seamless and stress-free. On our wedding day, the venue looked absolutely jaw-dropping. Every single detail—from the stunning architecture to the perfectly manicured grounds—was beyond beautiful. Our guests were completely blown away and haven’t stopped talking about how gorgeous the venue was. Our wedding day was truly the best day of our lives, and we owe so much of that to Woodbine Mansion and their amazing staff. This venue is not just beautiful—it’s magical.
