Haute Feast
Princeton, NJ
Haute Feast crafts deeply personal, farm-to-table wedding dining experiences shaped by the rhythm of the seasons and the personal stories of each couple. Eschewing standardized playbooks and frozen ingredients, their culinary philosophy is rooted in direct partnerships with local farmers and artisan producers to deliver food that is expressive and connected to place. With a fully self-sufficient operation, they seamlessly bring bespoke culinary infrastructure to non-traditional venues, working estates, and open fields alike. Every menu is thoughtfully composed with restraint and balance, ensuring an unhurried, intimate celebration around the table.
