I truly cannot say enough amazing things about my experience at Ivory & White. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect dress. Lauriston was absolutely incredible to work with. She was patient, encouraging, and so thoughtful throughout the entire process. I was definitely a bit indecisive, and she never once made me feel rushed or pressured - only supported. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in my decision, and it made such a difference. I also had my dress altered here, and the work was flawless. Everything fit perfectly, and I felt amazing on my wedding day!!! If you are looking for a bridal shop that truly cares and makes the experience feel special from start to finish, this is it. I've had the absolute BEST experience at Ivory and White! Their gowns are super high quality and extremely well made. They have such a beautiful selection and to top it off their team is incredible! The shop itself had a private room for my mother, sister, and I to view dresses - this provided a very cozy, elegant atmosphere that made the trying on experience so special and intimate. From the very first appointment Kristen was so helpful and knowledgable regarding the gowns. I was quite indecisive and she allowed me to come in several times to try on dresses with no pressure. She went out of her way to contact the designer regarding modifications, and even helped me customize my dress to make it the dress of my DREAMS! She's truly exceptional! The team is super responsive, transparent about pricing, and overall so professional. They have made the logistics and communication so easy. Molly has been incredible with my alterations, and has such an eye for detail! I truly cannot recommend Ivory and White enough! I have loved working with them and hope every bride gets the same opportunity to experience their hospitality and expertise!!

Outstanding experience!!! Lauriston took excellent care of us during my daughter’s appointment. She was very attentive and listened to my daughter and what she was looking for. She found the perfect dress. The appointments are in 2 hour increments and we were able to try many dresses in the time frame. The appointment and experience was perfect!

I had a great experience at Ivory and White! I visited pretty early on in my wedding planning process and did not expect to find my dress so quickly, but Lauriston took my inspiration pictures and found a dress that not only met my vision but exceeded it in every way! She was extremely knowledgeable about all things fabric and fit and did a great job of picking a variety of dresses that helped me narrow down my likes/dislikes. The appointment itself was so fun, my mom and I had a great time visiting the beautiful shop! Ivory & White was also extremely helpful during my move - they shipped my dress to me so I could have it altered closer to home and made time to steam my dress over the holidays when I came back to Birmingham for our wedding. Communication was always quick! I could not recommend Ivory & White more, they took a lot of stress out of the dress selection/altering process and found the perfect dress for me!
