Lauren was the very first vendor we booked—and that says everything. We knew we wanted a photographer who could capture all the little in-between moments and give us portraits that felt natural, not overly posed. After seeing her work, we had a strong feeling she was the one for us, and meeting her just sealed it. Working with Lauren was an absolute dream—truly zero stress. For example, she scoped out locations for our private vows, and when our wedding day turned out to be super foggy, she had a beautiful backup plan ready to go. Our portraits are some of our favorite photos because we’re laughing in many of them. Lauren made the whole experience feel fun and easy, which really shows. And family photos after the ceremony? Somehow… a breeze. We also had Lauren create our wedding album, which I cannot recommend enough. She designed the most perfect layout and took on the impossible task of narrowing down photos (since we loved all of them). It’s something we’ll treasure forever. Book a Boudoir shoot with Lauren if you want a way to feel alive and a therapy session all wrapped in one…. To put it bluntly, both of my parents passed away this year and I was looking for new things to do that were out of my comfort zone and made me feel some excitement. I’d NEVER done boudoir before, but decided to book an underwater boudoir shoot with Lauren in ALASKA. Lauren not only provided me with my hands-down favorite pictures of myself, but the actual experience was almost better than the pictures themselves. The shoot was so fun and she made me feel so seen and beautiful. She also took the time to talk with me and it felt like I was hanging out with my long time BFF. She eased into things and I can honestly say I never felt uncomfortable the entire time (just cold 🙃). The experience exceeded my expectations. I’ve also gotten maternity photos with her 2x and professional headshots and I cherish every photo that she has taken of me. 1000000000000/10!!!!! Lauren is seriously an incredible human and be careful because after you book one shoot with her, you will book more just to hang out with her.

I have worked with Lauren 4 or 5 times now and every time I do I am blown away by her professionalism and her ability to make me feel so confident and comfortable! We have done studio shoots and out door shoots. I can’t recommend someone more! Lauren is truly a joy to work with and I can’t wait for our next shoot. Getting naked with Lauren is the best! My outdoor boudoir session was magical. Lauren made me feel comfortable and confident in my body, which I didn’t know was possible as a peri-menopausal mom in her 40s. Being in nature, under the open sky, was fun and healing. I’d been following Lauren for a long time so I knew she was an extraordinary skilled photographer. I love the way her images express both vulnerability and femininity while also embodying an unapologetic defiance of traditional boudoir photography. For me, working with Lauren wasn’t about producing pinup images of myself in lingerie for my husband’s Valentine’s day present (although that also sounds like fun). It was about embracing my body and honoring it for all it’s done. It was about shedding decades of self criticism and external pressure to be a certain weight, shape or size. We had so much fun! Lauren is a gentle director. She guides you through movement and poses in a way that doesn’t feel forced or unnatural. We laughed a lot. It was both playful and at times meditative and calming. The session was so lovely that I was almost afraid to see the final images. I was afraid that even with Lauren’s skill I would pick apart all the imperfections and it might somehow tarnish the overall experience. I was so wrong! What Lauren captured was all the feelings I felt that day, excitement, confidence, joy, and freedom. I loved them all. Lauren’s work is unmatched. And perhaps more importantly, she’s a great hang and a lovely person. I wish every woman could experience a boudoir session with Lauren. If you’re considering booking, don’t hesitate.
