I called from out of town and wanted something delivered the same day. It was my aunts birthday and I wanted her to have fresh cut flowers and then a plant to keep because she loves plants. The team suggested the Desert Rose, which was fresh cut flowers plus a succulent planter which she could take care of once the flowers were done. It was perfect! Absolutely gorgeous and she loved them. I would definitely use them again.

I wanted a bouquet of sympathy flowers for some friends that had recently lost their beloved dog. I opened the website for Mountain High Flowers because I had used them before and know they do their best to make you just what you want. As I looked over the flower bouquets I didn’t see exactly what I was looking for but I saw a couple of arrangments that had basically the flowers and shape I wanted. We live in Sedona Az. and Mountain High Florist carries a rose that has a rusty color. I liked that very much because I wanted a symbol of the area "Sammy" the dog, lived in. I took some pictures of the bouquets I liked and put remarks on them of what I especially liked on each picture. Next I called the store and Tatiana answered the phone. She was very obliging and gave me a number I could text the pictures to. We talked about each flower, the greenery and the shape of the bouquet I wanted and I told her to have at it and to send me a picture when she was finished. A little while later she sent me a picture of a bouquet very close to what we had talked about on the first try. I wanted a few things changed and she happily did what I asked her to change. After the changes it was perfect! When I say changes, I'm talking about just changing a flower or two into different spots. Our friends recieved the bouquet the next day and Loved it! They were so thankful for the loving thoughts and several times commented on how gorgeous the bouquet was.
