The 77 experience was fun for all ! We danced , laughed and remembered! I just wish they included LED Zepplin and some of that type of music. No Hendricks, Joplin, Pink Floyd, or any of that Rock Music. But it was a great show and totally fun. I advise using SpotHero for parking- or pay around 25 bucks. It is a non cash venue.
Finding the entrance is a bit confusing, but overall, a great experience! We saw Kings Kaleidoscope and Hollyn here and the sound was very well done for the size and shape of room! It is standing room only so be aware of that. There were lots of people there, but they controlled the temperature very well! I was really impressed!
Great first experience at Cannery Hall! We saw Casey Donahew on the main stage & the backstage lounge is where it’s at! Great view, comfortable seating, private bar! What a great venue. Had the opportunity to chat with Aaron & his hospitality was next level! Looking forward to coming back soon!
We attended "Golden: A K-Pop Kids Party" and quickly realized that the event was a shameless cash grab by Cannery Hall. They chose the name of the event to attract young K-Pop Demon Hunters fans, and make them think they would be attending a similarly themed event, but that was a lie. There was zero K-Pop Demon Hunter decorations or performance put on, with the sole exception being the music that they blared at the volume of an adult rave. Upon entering the door to Cannery Hall, we walked in to see many parents consoling their children for: 1) the obnoxiously loud music either scaring them or just flat out damaging their ears - not kid friendly at all. The base was particularly out of control. 2) kids were also crying and upset because they went to a concert that clearly misled families into purchasing K-Pop Demon Hunter experience and there wasn't so much as a poster put up that represented that. When over 90% of the kids attending dress up for the same thing, I think we can agree that a bait and switch cash grab accurately summarizes what the venue was after. CH should he ashamed. We dressed up, we brought ear plugs, and even still, it was too loud for my daughter and most other kids, about half of the families left after a few songs. Zero consideration by the venue. So, what did we pay for? A DJ playing songs with a basic background (hopping bunnies for the first 30mins), no decorations, no dancers, no performers, no sing-a-longs, adult-loud rave music, 30-45min long concession line (they had 1 employee in the kitchen to make food and take payments). If they had a teenager in pink hair dancing, it would have been maybe ok, they couldnt even do that. I want our money back, but I cant get it because Cannery Hall doesn't have a working number listed on their website. I cant get a refund from AXS, the ticket provider, because we have to go through CH, which we cant contact. I have reached out to CH via "contact us" form --> haven't heard back from them. I felt especially awful for the families that brought their children to their first concert ever, only to get the worst concert experience they may get for the rest of their lives. That is a serious, and not overstated claim. Those kids were sad and many of them left scarred. It would be reasonable to assume they would not want to go to another concert after that - what an embarrassment to Music City. Cannery Hall should apologize and refund every single ticket. I hope we get our money back so we can try and make it up to our daughter. Sorry sweetheart. Quotes from my 5-yr old: -"They should have at least had some K-Pop girls or maybe even just videos." -"They could have made a place to take selfies with K-Pop girls." -Should they be proud of the show they put on? "They should be ashamed." -"It was definitely even way too loud for me, even though I had my ear things on."
First time at a (new to us) venue. Lights shined in our faces a little at first, we were here to see Peter Antinou which was a great show. All seats are good seats, but suggest arriving early. Unless you know a secret, you will be paying $23 to park on site but it is right at the foot of the stairs. We were there with my 90 year old mother, and there is an access ramp outside and an elevator inside to keep her moving around.
