There are truly not enough kind words I can say about Casey & the Aspen & Ivy team. Casey was absolutely incredible from start to finish and somehow managed to take everything we talked about on our very first call and bring it to life even better than I could have imagined on our wedding day. She is SO meticulous and organized, but also genuinely so much fun to work with. She was endlessly patient with me as I changed my mind on design, layouts, details, etc. throughout the process, and always made me feel like we had everything completely under control. She kept us on budget, helped us understand the tradeoffs as we weighed different vendors and options, and made the entire planning process feel so much less overwhelming. Our actual wedding weekend went BEYOND what I could have ever even imagined. Her work did not go unnoticed either. We had multiple people in our wedding party came up to us throughout the weekend specifically to tell us how organized, helpful and amazing Casey was, and so many of our guests commented on how beautifully the entire event was executed. Maybe most importantly, she completely insulated us from any drama, last-minute changes or little things that inevitably happen behind the scenes at a wedding. We got to just be present and enjoy the magic of the day, which is truly the greatest gift she could give us. If you are even thinking about hiring Casey for your wedding, DO IT. You will not regret your decision. She made our entire vision come to life, made the process fun, and gave us the most magical wedding weekend we could have asked for. We are so, so grateful for her. 🤍

Casey and the Aspen & Ivy team were AMAZING! She kept track of every request and idea that we had, and helped our day be the perfect day. Whether it was vendor management, design and decor, food and drink, guests, etc. Everything was handled with perfection. I would 1000% recommend the Aspen & Ivy team for anyone who is looking for the best of the best wedding planners.

We absolutely loved working with Aspen & Ivy, especially Casey and her team. From the moment we started planning after our engagement in August 2025 through our wedding day in July 2026 at Camp Hale in Colorado, Casey made the entire process feel easy, organized, and completely stress-free. What we appreciated most was how calm and seamless the planning process felt from start to finish. She kept us on track every step of the way and always made sure we knew what we needed to be thinking about and when, which gave us so much peace of mind. Casey was also incredibly helpful in guiding us toward other vendors she knew and trusted. That made such a difference in bringing our day to life and gave us confidence knowing we were working with people who would help create the wedding we had imagined. On the wedding day itself, everything came together even more beautifully than we could have hoped, and that is all thanks to Casey’s attention to detail and ability to help bring our vision to life.
