Friends said "try Crown Jewelers" after another jeweler said my broken watchband could not be reattached. I went to Crown and they reattached the band while I waited. It took less than five minutes and they did not charge me. Remarkable service! This is a "service with a smile" shop. The woman at the counter actually greeted me with a smile and was extremely nice. I looked around the shop and no one tried to high pressure me. When I need a jeweler in the future, I'll come to Crown. And I'll tell my friends to try it. Highly recommend!
Can’t recommend these folks enough. Professional and fairly priced. We were quoted $450 for a ring repair at another shop in town; Crown did it for $30! Will be a dedicated customer here from now on.
This place is the best. Local owned by the nicest folks you'll meet. Special orders are no problem. I ordered earrings and they were ready for me the next day! Plus Johnny can fix anything from replacing a watch battery to the clap on my daughter's golf bracelet.
