Beautiful Ring for my niece’s 21st birthday!!! By the time I saw my niece, the return/exchange date was about to pass and the ring size was too small for the finger she wanted to wear it on. I clicked the wrong button online and ended up returning the ring and was going to call the next day about the mistake I made. I got sick and 2 weeks or more had passed before I remembered the ring. I was worried bc it was a gorgeous ring at a great price and I wasn’t even sure it was a USA company (never know with online purchases) however, I had faith bc the packaging and presentation of the ring was not what I was expecting at all. Beautifull!!! So I call and Not only did a real person answer the phone (lol), it turned out to be a store in NYC. With a wonderful woman on the phone, saying they received my return, and there is no problem sending out a bigger size and she even honored the original price I paid. That was huge!!! I was completely blown away that there was a very nice person speaking to me and not one thing was a problem….the ring went up in price due to the market…but there was ZERO problem honoring the original price. I even got personal emails that the ring was sent out and when to expect it. I missed UPS and I got a personal email telling me UPS is trying again tomorrow. I received the new ring and I’m beyond happy with this company and will absolutely purchase from them again!!! Thank you!!

My daddy passed away in June 2024. He always encouraged me to travel and see the world and not worry about taking care of him. I went into Hancock's jewelry store to have a ring sized. I happened to look in the Gabriel case and spotted this compass necklace. I knew I had to have it. And, it was on his birthday. I wear it often and get so many comments about it. It's now my favorite piece of jewelry I own.

I ordered a beautiful necklace for my partner from Gabriel & Co.’s website around Christmas for a special occasion. As the date got closer, I started to get a little worried because I hadn’t seen any shipping updates yet. To be fair, the order was still within the timeframe listed on their website, and I completely understand that the holiday season can be an especially busy time when companies may get backed up with orders. When I reached out, their customer service agent was incredibly kind and helpful. They understood my concern and went out of their way to help make sure the necklace arrived before the deadline. Thanks to their help, the necklace arrived in time and it made the occasion even more special for us. The piece itself is beautiful, and the level of care they showed really meant a lot. I’m very grateful for the extra effort and would absolutely recommend Gabriel & Co.

Incredible. Absolutely the most beautiful pieces i have ever received. I purchased a bracelet for my husband and after receiving and seeing the superb quality of the piece, he ordered a necklace for me and it was just as beautiful. The quality and uniqueness is incredible. Customer service outstanding! I highly recommend!!!
