Jenn was so so so amazing to work with for my wedding. She was so thorough and on top of everything and seriously made the day feel so easy and seamless. I did not have one thing go wrong that day (or just didn’t know because Jenn probably already fixed it without me knowing cause she’s amazing). She was so fun to work with too and made me and my husband feel like royalty all night. My whole bridal party kept telling me how great she was and how some of them even wished they could’ve had her as their coordinator for their weddings (we live far away). Do not even consider anyone else for this role for your wedding day, just book with Belle Ame trust me.

Where do I even begin? Jennifer was technically our month-of coordinator, but the level of support, organization, and care she provided went so far beyond that. She is, without question, one of the most organized and detail-oriented people I have ever met, and I do not say that lightly. From our very first conversations, I knew we were in good hands. Jennifer understood our vision completely and executed it exactly the way I had imagined. Every detail, no matter how small, was thoughtfully planned and flawlessly carried out. After the wedding, guests consistently told us two things: first, that it was hands down the best wedding they had ever attended, and second, whether there was anything we would change. The answer was an immediate no - I truly wouldn't change a thing. That is a testament to Jennifer and the incredible job she did bringing everything together. What stands out most to me is the sense of calm she gave me on wedding day. As a Type A person who tends to stress easily, I expected to spend the day worrying about timelines, vendors, and logistics. Instead, from the moment we arrived at Wrightsville Manor, I didn't worry about a single thing. Jennifer had every detail covered, every moving piece accounted for, and every potential issue handled before I even knew about it. She also took incredible care of the people around us. My bridesmaids, family, and vendors all felt supported, informed, and taken care of throughout the day. Everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and what they needed to do, which allowed all of us to be fully present and enjoy the celebration. Hiring Jennifer was one of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process!! Her organization, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for her couples are unmatched. If you're considering working with her, do it - you will be able to enjoy your wedding day knowing every detail is in the best possible hands.

Hire her. Just do yourself a favor and hire Jennifer and her team. The wedding planning process was so fun and quite honestly, stress-free. We had an idea, Jennifer executed it. We had a crazy off-the-wall request, like basketball ice cubes, she had a guy for that. We texted her early mornings and late nights, we always got a response. I have no idea what I would have done without Jennifer and her team. My whole family, wedding party and close friends had such wonderful things to say about her and the staff leading up to the wedding, the rehearsal and wedding day. Jennifer made our wedding day dreams come true and I wish we could relive every second.

Using Belle Ame and working with Jennifer and her team was one of the best decisions we made! The day felt so smooth and stress-free. Jennifer has an excellent attention to detail and can execute flawlessly. Her communication with the other vendors made the day feel so easy. If anything went wrong, we had no idea and never noticed. From day 1, Jennifer has always been so calm and brings a sense of peace to all of the wedding planning stress. I can say I never experienced the extreme stress and panic that everyone talks about with wedding planning and I kept wondering when thay would hit, but it didn’t. That was all because of Jennifer. She is extremely knowledgeable about all things wedding and vendor related. With being not local to Wilmington, she truly made this process so stress free to us, recommending vendors that were all incredible. She does a fantastic job at listening to what you want for your wedding and making all the recommendations you would need, while not persuading you one way or another in different areas. Not only was she amazing during the planning, but on our wedding day she was an absolute God send. Our wedding day was absolutely seamless and perfect. If there was a thing that went wrong, we do not know about it. Jennifer took control of everything all day long, never appearing stressed, rushed or worried. She is a confident leader to all of those around her, advocating for whatever the bride and groom want or need. She ran the entire day so smoothly and exceeded any expectations we thought we had. She even brought out some dance moves to the floor with us! Everyone from parents to bridesmaids and wedding guests pointed out to us how smooth the wedding was and how amazing of a planner Jennifer was. If I had to do it over again, I would choose Jennifer 100000x! Already miss being in constant communication with her! She is simply the best!!!!!
