We were just here for a two night stay after some aviation business at Naples airport in June. This time it's a party to celebrate my mother in law's 79th birthday!!! We had two rooms, 1155 for them and our fave room, 1158 with that extra window and space. Clean, comfy, spacious, and world class Ritz-Carlton style!!! We had the Club lounge where we had breakfast, lunch and happy hour and a night cap after dinner. The Lounge was maintained by our favorite staff of Esmeralda, Patty, Harold, Nancy, Sokol, and Katheryn the bartender. We also rented a cabana at the adult pool for the special day. Comfy Lounge chairs outside, The inside had all the amenities of home with a large screen TV, couch, private bathroom, soft drinks and water, AC and a ceiling fan and a delicious fruit bowl!!! We had dinner at Nolita's the first night and The Grill the second night. Great two night stay, beautiful grounds, awesome birthday celebration!!! Terrific service by all. And we will be back!!! Balshi and Soo!!!
The Ritz-Carlton Naples is a beautiful beachfront property in an outstanding location. The beach was clean, the resort is thoughtfully designed, and there are plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. The pool area was excellent, and the poolside staff and room service were both top notch. Those teams really delivered the level of hospitality you expect from a luxury resort. Overall, the property has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The reason I am giving four stars instead of five is because a few details fell short of what I expect from a Ritz-Carlton, especially after staying at The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón. The front desk and some of the indoor customer service interactions did not feel as polished or attentive as they should have. I also noticed mold in the bathroom, which was disappointing for a property of this caliber. It would have been nice if the room had a separate tub and shower like Tiburón as well. Even with those issues, I still had a great stay and would absolutely return because the location, beach, dining, and overall experience make this a fantastic resort.
My wife and I went for a 3 night getaway. We stayed in a club room. The experience was nothing short of magical. The view from the room was extraordinary. The club service was top notch. Food choices were outstanding. The service was impeccable. From the valet to check in to housekeeping to the club staff - we cannot say enough good things. Thank you - we will be back! In the interests of full disclosure - I must note that the only negative was the hostess at Gumbo Limbo - she was a bit rude but the wait staff made up for it. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
We recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Naples for our babymoon and cannot say enough good things. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We’re expecting our first baby, and the thoughtfulness they showed was incredible — multiple staff members brought us baby gifts and sweet treats throughout our stay, completely unprompted. It’s the kind of genuine, heartfelt hospitality you just don’t find everywhere anymore. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
I expected the Ritz-Carlton Naples to be good considering the price point compared to the nearby Ritz golf resort. It wasn't. The rooms, while perfectly nice, feel more like slightly upscaled Marriott rooms than what I would expect from a Ritz-Carlton property. There wasn’t anything particularly wrong with the room, but there also wasn’t much about it that felt exceptional or memorable. The beach service was excellent and I have no complaints about that part of the experience. Unfortunately, the biggest issue we encountered was much more serious. The staff had no idea how to respond during a fire alarm leaving me separated from my family. Earlier in the day, one of the servers mentioned to us that the hotel had experienced several false alarms. We were told these were apparently related to kids attending a reunion at the hotel. If that is true, remove those people from your hotel and ban them permanently. I had just gotten my kids to sleep when I went downstairs to the bar to get a drink for my wife and me. While I was waiting for the drink, the fire alarm went off. Knowing that elevators should not be used during a fire alarm, I immediately asked the bartender where the stairs were. He didn't know. I asked the server next to him. She didn't know. I went to the front desk and asked the first employee. She didn't know. I asked a second employee at the front desk. She didn't know either. Four employees were unable to tell me where I could find the stairs so that I could get back to my wife and children during a fire alarm. That is not a minor service issue. It is a major safety concern. I understand that false alarms happen, and I don't necessarily fault the hotel for the alarm itself. What I do fault the hotel for is having multiple employees who could not immediately direct a guest appropriately. In an actual fire, seconds matter, and the fact that I had to search for someone who could tell me how to get to my family is unacceptable. This was Motel 6 level attentiveness at a property charging Ritz-Carlton prices. We ended our stay early.
