Sydney Woods with Emily Jordan Events was absolutely outstanding throughout our entire wedding planning process. From the very beginning, helping us book vendors and make design decisions, to making sure every detail of the wedding day went perfectly, she was incredible every step of the way! She was communicative, attentive, organized, detail-oriented, and truly so fun and easy to work with. She always made us feel supported and ensured we stayed on track with every aspect of planning, which made the entire process feel so much less stressful and actually enjoyable! On the wedding day itself, everything ran seamlessly because of her hard work and dedication behind the scenes. We were able to fully enjoy the day knowing she had everything under control. I truly could not recommend Sydney enough. She went above and beyond for us, and we are so grateful for everything she did to make our wedding so special!

We worked with Emily Jordan Events for month-of coordination, and specifically had the pleasure of partnering with Caitlin Keesee. I used Emily Jordan Events to assist with day of coordination and Caitlin K. was my coordinator. Even though it wasn't a full planning package, she was available at any time to help me make decisions, review contracts, and make sure I was on the right track. I had to postpone my wedding due to COVID, and she counseled me when I was dealing with tough situations with venues, re-negotiating with vendors, and even with my family. Emily was also extremely understanding and worked with us through that unprecedented time. Day of, Caitlin made sure I enjoyed the day without a single worry, and she and her team set up the room better than I could have imagined! I will never forget the moment before I made my entrance with my family - Caitlin told us all to take a moment to center ourselves and focus on the significance of the day, and it was a beautiful and grounding moment.
