Sam and the Sprout Design team were truly a dream to work with!! From the very beginning, she made the whole process fun, stress-free, and organized — no small feat planning a Montana wedding from Seattle! Sam has amazing taste and such a great eye for design, but what I really loved was how collaborative she was. She always welcomed my input on style and details that mattered to me, and found ways to bring it all together beautifully. On top of being an incredible planner, Sam is such a kind and thoughtful person — we honestly feel lucky to now call her a friend. Her whole team was wonderful, and thanks to their hard work, everything about our day went so smoothly that multiple guests have already asked me for her contact information. Starting out, I had no idea how to plan a wedding and after meeting with Sam for the first time there was no other wedding planner we wanted to go with. She will guide you in the right direction with vendors, venues, and rentals. Sam is punctual, creative, professional, and always easy to get a hold of. The design process could not have been better. We wanted lots of color in our design but wanted to bring it all together to look elegant and fun. She created a design that included all that and so much more! It was stunning! We also had a huge guest list and her team managed the wedding day crowd with ease. The Sprouts team was incredible and so on top of everything. Not one detail was missed. Sam is so on top of everything, including handling all communication with the rental companies and vendors. We did not have to worry about a thing and the day of the wedding was stress free! We are so thankful to have had Sam and the Sprout team plan our wedding!

Sam is everything you could want/need in a wedding planner! She helped us pull off our dream Sun Valley wedding on a very short timeline (4 months!), and made the process fun while doing it. We trusted Sam's team with all of the details of our wedding - from design to research to vendor management to day-of coordination, and they were pros in all areas. If you are looking for a wedding planner - Sprout Design / Sam is the best choice you can make. From day one of meeting her Sam was just simply amazing. We had our wedding in Ketchum and living in San Francisco it was so important to us that we had someone that we could implicitly trust with our wedding. Sam was that person throughout the entire planning and execution process. She was brilliant at taking our vision for our wedding and putting it into place. Sam was so good at working within our budget, with vendors, and even addressing any issues that arose with ease (to us). People would ask me all the time if I was stressed about the wedding, and my answer was always, "Nope, I have Sam!" I also wanted to highlight that all of the vendors we met throughout the wedding weekend couldn't speak more highly of her as well - solidifying the choice we made over a year prior! Sam now feels like a friend to us and I realized that we don't get to talk as often now that the wedding is over......so it seems like I may need to plan another event soon!! Overall, we can't thank Sam and her team enough for all that they did for us to make our wedding the BEST weekend of our lives! Working with Sam was absolutely the best decision that my husband and I made during our wedding. We ended up with the wedding of our dreams, and all our guests commented on how seamless the guest experience was. Sam helped us create beautiful and unique designs for both our Friday and Saturday nights, and introduced us to really fantastic vendors - all of the vendors in her network were great, but I have to give a special shout out to the florist, band, and after-party DJ she connected us with. She clearly has a great relationship with and reputation with the vendors in the area. She managed all of our wedding planning easily despite the fact that we were working with her remotely, and she was managing a wedding in Sun Valley from Boise. We also made the decision to have a 200 person wedding at a private residence instead of a regular venue, which added a TON of extra complexity that she managed with grace. She was always so upbeat and helpful, and managed all the stakeholders (myself, my family, my in-laws, the vendors) in a way that was professional, consistent, and pleasant! I just cannot overstate how beautiful everything was, and how confident and taken care of I felt during my wedding weekend. Thank you for everything Sam!
