Lux Event Solutions

My Goddaughter had an event booked and paid in full in advanced for an engagement party on 2/13. Her and her fiance shared a vision and this company promised to execute this vision on their special day with family from both sides flying/ driving in from all over to share this special day. My baby spirit was crushed when this company that was already 30 minutes late to arrive canceled on her the day of the event. Just a few hours before it was supposed to start. They told her they were canceling without any rhyme or reason and told her she would have to wait 3 to 4 days for a refund. The audacity!!!!!! Needless to say, family came together to make it happen and it was absolutely lovely. I am from Chicago and will not have a need for Lux Events, but due to how easily and unapologetically they canceled on my Goddaughter's event, they have done business in this nature in the past. I do not recommend Lux Event Rental and wish I could rate them a -5!!!!

One of the best services I ever received. Planned party for 150 guest. Everything arrived on time and the delivery staff were extremely helpful and friendly. From the sofa to the chairs and tables…everything was gorgeous! I will DEFINITELY be using Lux Event Rentals AGAIN!!! Thank you Lux Staff!

ZERO STARS!!!! HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED!!!!! This company is very unprofessional and unreliable!!!!!…Appears to be a SCAM!..my daughter booked services months in advance with payment for items to be delivered to her engagement party this past weekend and 30 minutes AFTER the scheduled delivery time had past, my daughter was told 1st by a “representative “that the rose wall backdrop that was ordered wasn’t in good condition so they would not be able to bring it (RED FLAG #1), my daughter, even in disappointment was willing to make adjustments and asked for other options and was still expecting all other items to be delivered as planned… at this point communications abruptly stopped with the so called “representative”(Red Flag #2).. Then she receives a TEXT that a “managerial decision” was made to just CANCEL the order hours before her event and a refund would be issued within 2-4 days!!!…With no explanation.. No CARE!.. that this was one of the most important days in a woman’s life… and now she was basically expected to have an event without any decor….We reached out to the owner of this FRAUDULENT company who would not answer her phone and continued to forward us to voicemail ..Needless to say we were LIVID!!..SoDISAPPOINTING to say the least!!! Its crystal clear that this company cannot deliver literally the services that they claim to offer and are advertising BEWARE!!!!. SCAM AND FRAUD!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. They did not show up to my event and then when you call either no one answers or you get a call center who just takes a message and nobody calls you back. I spent almost $1000 on decorations that were never received and I don’t get my money back we will be going to court
