Blue Elephant catered my son’s wedding August 1, 2026. The venue we chose, River Winds Farm & Estate recommends them as their preferred caterer. Our son and fiancé went to a tasting a few months prior to the wedding and honestly weren’t sure about the food because it had been sitting in warming trays (that is my only negative). I spoke to Fausto, he was in charge of the catering, about this and I told him our concerns. He assured me that on the day of the wedding everything would be perfect - and it was. We chose a number of appetizers, the lobster rolls being one of them - they were so good! For dinner, the filet mignons were seasoned beautifully and cooked to a perfect medium rare and the salmon was also seasoned nicely and cooked to medium. All of the servers were so polite and did a great job. Many friends and family commented on the professionalism of the wait staff. We couldn’t have been happier with Blue Elephant. They exceeded our expectations.

Reuben, Riley, and Fausto from Blue Elephant were instrumental in making our wedding reception a success. Their staff was incredibly helpful setting up the space and we received numerous compliments from guests on how attentive the staff was during dinner. Everyone has been raving about how delicious the cocktail hour spread was, we have gotten nothing but positive feedback about our food. All the Blue Elephant team was kind and so involved in bringing our vision of the tent space to life. We cannot recommend them enough.

We worked with Blue Elephant Catering for our wedding and would highly recommend them! From planning out our hors d'oeuvres and entrees to the wonderful menu tasting event, they were professional, accommodating and kind. We suggested an hors d'oeuvre that was not on their menu and they brought that idea to life! We even had a menu mishap later on due to website errors collecting people's selections and they were able to make the changes and additions very last minute. The servers during our reception gave extra attention to me and my husband, being sure we tried every hors d'oeuvres and always had a drink in our hand. Their team went above and beyond staging our raw bar and desert table, bringing decorations and stands for the food that enhanced the entire reception tent. Our wedding was on a private property and Fausto helped ensure their staff had all of the rental equipment they needed to prepare and serve hot food to our guests. It rained during our reception, but this did not stop the staff from providing top tier service to us and our guests while had to walk in the rain from their catering tent to the reception tent. We are truly grateful for the incredible experience they helped provide for our wedding day!

We used Blue Elephant for our day of coordination and catering services. Both services were outstanding! Food was amazing and service was efficient and professional. Tony helped Ryan and I by making sure we were taken care of whether it was drinks or appetizers during cocktail hour or dancing her way out to the dance floor to make sure we were taken care of! Fausto’s day of coordination is top notch and I highly recommend! He understood our vision and made it very easy! From decor to set-up to take down Blue Elephant provides great service. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Blue Elephant Events and Catering and Nicki, our fearless wedding planner. From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional, and they truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day everything we had dreamed of and more. She took the time to truly get to know us as a couple and was always warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. Every detail felt thoughtful, personal, and intentional. She has a true gift for taking countless moving pieces and bringing them together in uniquely beautiful ways. Not only did she personalize every aspect of our wedding, but she was also incredibly flexible with our budget. She helped us prioritize what mattered most and made it possible for us to have everything we wanted—from décor and rentals to catering and other vendors—without ever feeling pressured or overwhelmed. One of the things I heard over and over on our wedding day was, "You seem way too calm to be getting married!" The truth is, I was calm because I had complete faith in Nicki. I knew she had everything under control, and because of that, I was able to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our day. Her warmth, creativity, and attention to detail made the entire planning process enjoyable, and her ability to seamlessly orchestrate everything behind the scenes allowed us to simply soak in the joy of the day. She ensured everything started on time and flowed effortlessly. There were even a few unexpected hiccups with vendors that I only learned about afterward because she handled them so professionally and seamlessly. In fact, she even followed up with one of the companies after the wedding, which speaks volumes about the level of care and dedication she provides. Nicki doesn't just plan weddings—she creates experiences. Her talent for making it all come together in ways that are both beautiful and uniquely reflective of each couple is truly extraordinary, and we feel so fortunate to have had her by our side. Hiring Blue Elephant and Nicki was one of the best decisions we made.
