Jackson Florist

I have used Greenbrook Flowers for years and they are the BEST in the business ! Daniel and Gwen are both amazing, kind and professional. They deliver quality, beautiful flowers EVERY SINGLE TIME! They never disappoint and will come through like champs, in a pinch ! Would highly recommend Greenbrook

Ordered their spring tradition florist original. The delivery was on time (was received at 1:30 PM). The flowers, however, did not look anything like the picture. I understand that a florist original means it will vary depending on the florist’s discretion. But they are completely different from what I was expecting. Different colors and flowers from what was advertised.

I’m a repeat customer and generally love them for their quality of roses. However, I’m truly disappointed in my last purchase for Valentine’s Day. I went in a few days before the holiday and asked if they had any Lilies or Tulips available. I was upsold an arrangement that had what I asked for and she said it would be very beautiful, large, and full. Today’s delivery day and the arrangement isn’t what I was sold or agreed upon. There’s 11 roses & secondary decorative flowers. I am honestly very disappointed because this was a sentimental gift. I paid $170 for the arrangement; coming to $190+ after delivery and fees. This doesn’t look like a near $200 value order. I could’ve been called if the arrangement we had couldn’t have been agreed upon; or if there was only roses, a better or more full creation could’ve been prepared. I will not be returning.

I received a vase of six white roses delivered to me by Dr Kennedy and staff at Capital Ortho after surgery - we are from Philadelphia , Ms, and the roses were in a hot car for several hours and had no care - on 7-13 these flowers are still beautiful and I have enjoyed them everyday. This florist is amazing and I totally recommend them

Greenbrook Flowers has always been my favorite floral boutique in Jackson, MS. Now that I've relocated to Nashville, TN. I can still depend on them to arrange a stunning arrangement. These are exactly what I ordered for my mother's Birthday. Absolutely Stunning.
