I hosted my husbands retirement party a few weeks ago in my home- we had about 100 people that were guests across a 5 hour period of time. Grand Affaire helped me choose a very lovely menu complete with a charcuterie grazing table, appetizers and finally a very delicious buffet of beef, chicken Salina, grilled salmon and roasted potatoes and string beans sides. This was toppped off with personalized chocolate cupcakes. My husband loved it! I want to thank Catherine and her team for the patience and attention to detail. We had a few vegan and vegetarians and they had a lot to choose from both on the grazing table and the buffet which included vegetable and caprese skewers!!!
