We just had our daughter's wedding at the Kimmel Center in Philadelphia, catered by RHC. They were fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The presentation was beautiful, the service was fantastic, and the food was absolutely delicious. Our guests loved the food and were full of compliments. Elyssa Ramirez worked very closely with us to create a menu that exactly suited our wishes. They really accomodated our requests and ideas.

We held our son and daughter in law’s Rehearsal/Welcome Dinner at the Free Library of Philadelphia on 5/23/26. In spite of the rain which made us move the dinner from the roof top area to the elegant and grand lobby, the event was beautiful in every way! Food was delicious and enjoyed by all. The customer service was excellent and the vendor recommendations were fantastic. Faith Grady was very easy to work with and was very responsive to all communications. RHC was very accommodating in making menu adjustments and the staff on hand the night of the event were so attentive and courteous!! Thanks to RHC for a helping us make the evening special for our guests!

We had an April 2026 wedding at the Free Library of Philadelphia - Parkway Central Library and had an amazing time working with Faith Grady, the coordinator with RHC. She was truly amazing and responsive to all of our questions and needs. The staff were all amazing and there was never a long line for the bar, which is always a frustrating thing that I've experienced as a wedding guest. I am so grateful for Faith and all of the RHC staff - they did an amazing job at the library and they are all true professionals!

We had our wedding at the Museum of the American Revolution in August 2023, and Brulee far exceeded all of our expectations. Throughout the planning process, they were super accommodating to all of our requests, no matter how big or small. On the day of our wedding, the only way to describe the day was pure magic. We had numerous guests tell us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Not only is the museum venue stunning and fun in and of itself, but Brulee is a well-oiled machine that makes everything run smoothly from start to finish. Every single staff member was friendly, helpful, and professional. They executed everything we asked them to do perfectly, and they went above and beyond. The food was the best wedding food we've ever had. It was delicious, and the entrees came out fast (and piping hot!). Not a single detail we discussed with them was overlooked, even down to the small things like placement of drink stirrers and cocktail napkins. Even all the table linens were ironed nicely. We were truly blown away by Brulee thanks to Lorena and the entire team. There's nothing we would have changed or done differently thanks to their flawless execution. We had our Micro-Wedding of 20 people down in Brigantine, NJ this Spring. Brûlée came in and took care of everything we needed from a delicious sit down meal, chairs for our small beach ceremony, efficient service during the reception and impeccable staff that made every interaction a joy. My wife and I were recommended to Brûlée from a friend as we were looking for a caterer with a Gluten Free menu for our guests, and ability to bring the meal from Philly to just outside Atlantic City, and with a wedding cake as well. This team is great and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. I am truly thankful for their attention to detail and professionalism. There was no stress at all with them handling the Menu, Ceremony Setup, and Wedding Cake. Bravo!!!
