Perfect Storm Moments

Our experience with Perfect Storm Moments (Amy and Aaron) was nothing short of perfect. They made our experience planning our wedding less stressful, and fun! We chose the partial planning package and I’d say they went above and beyond to make sure we were set up for success and confident in making decisions and planning our wedding. Right off the bat, they gave us tools that helped us choose vendors, plan out our finances, and schedule what needed to happen when. The tools were extremely helpful and we used them throughout the entire planning process. Our check-ins kept us on track and comfortable with how things were progressing and took a lot of stress off our shoulders. The day of the wedding was when Amy and Aaron really shined. They arrived early and immediately got to work. They set up the entire venue except for what the venue was covering and did it exactly how we had planned. They kept us on track throughout the day, managed all of our many vendors, and helped us out when we needed it. We were essentially hands off the entire wedding day and that allowed us to have fun, make memories, and celebrate our love! If you’re looking for attentive, caring, passionate people that have great connections in the wedding industry, look no further! Without Amy and Aaron, I’m not sure how we would’ve gotten through both the planning portion of the wedding, and the big day!

We found out about Amy, Aaron, and the Perfect Storm team through friends who recently got married and we are so glad they took on our wedding as well. They took all the stress out of the planning process. We seriously do not know what we would have done without them helping us consider and decide on all the little details you would never think about. All of their planning sessions were so insightful and our walkthrough at the venue really gave us a vision of what we wanted our wedding to be. In the weeks leading up to the wedding they were so organized and on top of everything. Vendor communication, submitting info to the venue, providing us reminders and templates to communicate "know before you go" with our guests, they helped with everything. It really allowed us to focus on the family and friends who were all coming for our big day. We used Perfect Storm for our florals and signage too. Amy absolutely nailed the colors and vibe we wanted. Everything looked gorgeous the day of and we can't thank Amy enough for her hard working getting all the arrangements put together. Aaron, Annika, and Amy were so great during the wedding. The whole day flowed so smoothly and we were able to be present with our guests and each other the whole time. As our day-of coordinators and design experts, they went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was seamless from start to finish. Their attention to detail, creativity, and ability to solve problems quickly were invaluable throughout the planning process, especially as we navigated hosting our wedding at a newer family-owned venue. Their years of experience were evident in every decision, recommendation, and behind-the-scenes adjustment they made along the way. Beyond their expertise, Amy and Aaron brought such a warm, positive, and calming presence that made the entire experience so much more enjoyable. On the wedding day itself, they handled every detail with professionalism and grace, including managing some challenging vendor situations behind the scenes that we didn't even have to worry about. Because of them, we were able to be fully present, enjoy our day, and focus on celebrating with our family and friends. Our wedding day would not have been the same without them. If you're looking for planners who are organized, experienced, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making your day special, Amy and Aaron are the team you want by your side. We are incredibly grateful for everything they did and would recommend them without hesitation.

Aaron and Amy were the absolute best choice we made when starting to plan our wedding! We hired them for day-of coordination, but they were hands-on and responsive to any comment, question, or concern we had throughout the entire planning process. Whenever we got off the phone with them or met them in person, we would leave the meeting with a huge smile and sense of relief that we were in the best hands for our big day. Any stress points we had they immediately alleviated, and they were a source of calming energy and professionalism the entire time, plus they are just wonderful people to be around! Throughout the weekend, they were beyond on top of every little detail and schedule. At one point, Amy saw me just looking around and asked who I was looking for and immediately went and got the person I was hunting for at the party. I swear, if one of us fell back, I think they would have caught us lol! I want to throw another party just to work with them again! Thank you Aaron and Amy, you guys are rockstars and we loved every moment of our wedding and working with you!

Wow... is all I can say about Perfect Storm Moments! Amy and Aaron as well as their team, are nothing short of AMAZING. My husband and I planned this wedding a year and a half before our wedding date. If your looking for a husband wife team....Aaron and Amy are the BEST and you won't be disappointed! Even when one of my dresses almost didn't get completed in time...Amy stepped in and was assisting me with alternatives. I am a plus size bride and finding alternatives weeks before the wedding was crazy! However my 2nd dress arrived the day of the wedding, and thankfully it fit perfectly! They listened to us and made the impossible possible! We had our dream wedding! Friends, as well as family; stated our wedding was the best wedding of the year!! These wedding planners really went above and beyond! I can say, I'm sad we won't be in contact much going forward; but I'm going to check in from time to time on them! Aaron and Amy are a part of our family going forward. They definitely understood the assignment! They made planning seem effortless! Our wedding was filled with love and support and Amy & Aaron were a big part of this! I strongly recommend Perfect Storm Moments to help plan your wedding!
