This store has the gall to not respond to my emails but will respond back to my transaction dispute via a bank. I purchased a jacket in October 2025. The label was created but there were no updates. I send an email one month in, and the merchant replied admitting that the jacket was sent to a wrong address and they will work on getting it back. I gave them a grace period of one month before sending another email. It was ignored. Sent another one few weeks later. Maggie responds saying the client refuses to returns the jacket and that they are working with their supplier to send me another one . Another month rolls in and I check. Dead silence. I Sent another email saying I will dispute this charge. That’s when I find out it’s really Maggie-and-disGrace-Boutique because how do you not respond to my emails but will respond to a bank transaction dispute saying that you sent the jacket and you issued a refund? Are we playing a game here? In a hindsight, a professional store would have refunded the customer the moment they realised (and admitted to in an email) it was sent to a wrong address. There was no trace of refunds in my transaction history. I sent the email chain and more evidence to my bank. I’m appalled at this behaviour. And to think I was willing to over-pay for a jacket because I wanted to support a small Canadian business. Turned out to be Maggie-no-rebate Boutique.

Maggie Grace Boutique is such an amazing place to shop. You not only fall in love with every piece you see, but you gain an experience with such warm, welcoming, friendly people like Karleigh and Sharon. They provide you with helpful styling tips and have a full range of sizes, fabrics and materials (some of the softest knit sweaters I've ever felt!) that will add a new spark to any wardrobe. Love all my pieces from the boutique and I look forward to popping in again soon to see what's new - they always have the latest trends! Can count on wonderful new styles and a comfortable warm experience altogether.
