Apex Private Chef Service

It’s taken me a year and a half to get to writing this review- not for lack of appreciation for Chef Dylan and Chef Marlee. They catered our 50 person wedding in October 2023 and were a highlight that is still talked about by my husband and myself and all of our guests. Food was a high priority for our wedding, and Dylan and Marlee were exceptional to work with both prior to and during our reception. Their food was amazing and memorable, and I would highly recommend them to anyone with catering needs.

Chef Dylan and his team are absolutely incredible! As a wedding photographer I see so many caterers in the industry and none come close to this level of professionalism and organization! And the food is literally heaven on earth!!! I can recommend these guys enough for all your Jackson hole catering needs!!!

chef Dylan Smith and his team are incredible. They were professional, attentive, and the food was decadent. We did tri tip over potatoes, seasoned veggies and prawns that had the most amazing glaze. Unfortunately don’t live in Jackson hole otherwise we’d find a way to hire him again.

Dylan and his staff delivered a wedding dinner that exceeded every expectation. The food was absolutely delicious, the portions were very generous, the service was phenomenal, and Dylan was very personable and nice to talk to. Additionally he was able to work with our moving dinner timeline flawlessly. I would Highly recommend Apex Private Chef Service to anyone who is looking for a memorable dining experience. Days later we are still talking about how great our dinner really was. Thank You Dylan and the Apex private chef staff!!

Dylan prepared dinner for our last night of a family vacation in Jackson Hole. It was an incredible way to finish the trip. We are still thinking about the Elk steaks he prepared. The service, presentation, and communication was all excellent. Highly recommend him! We will absolutely call Dylan again the next time we are in Jackson Hole, truly exceptional.
