Our experience at Atlantis Sanya Aquapark and Aquarium was truly elevated by the incredible service of our butler manager, Elena. From the moment we arrived, Elena orchestrated everything with such effortless grace and attention to detail—it felt like magic. Every request, big or small, was anticipated and fulfilled within minutes, making our visit completely stress-free and utterly luxurious. Her warmth, professionalism, and intuitive understanding of our needs turned an already amazing destination into an unforgettable experience. What truly set Elena apart, however, was her genuine care and kindness. When our child became unwell, she personally accompanied us to the clinic and consistently checked in to see how he was feeling, making us feel supported and cared for in a way that went far beyond ordinary service. Her thoughtfulness, warmth, and dedication transformed a stressful moment into one of comfort and reassurance. Atlantis Sanya isn’t just about the stunning aquapark and mesmerizing aquarium—it’s about people like Elena, whose exceptional service makes every moment enchanting. Truly a five-star experience in every sense!!

We stayed at the Atlantis as part of our honeymoon, the experience was wonderful. The hotel itself is large but well organised and managed, you do not wait or queue. The pools are clean, and attached waterpark, beach, aquariums, and shows mean you have non stop activities to do. We stayed in an Imperial Club room and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were handled at the VIP lounge, which made everything smooth and relaxing. We simply handed our cards to our butler, Liza, and her service throughout our stay was truly outstanding. One great advantage was that we still had access to the aquapark and the aquarium until 3:00 pm on departure day, using facial scanning, which was very convenient. As it was our honeymoon, the hotel made us feel very special with beautiful room decorations and a fruit platter waiting for us upon arrival. The Imperial Club lounge was a highlight—it offers breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails, so there’s really no need to book half board if you choose the Imperial Club. We did have half board and tried both the lounge and the main restaurant for breakfast, but we preferred the lounge. The egg station, where you can order eggs cooked to your preference, was excellent, and the coconut latte was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to try the evening cocktails. All staff members were friendly, professional, and very helpful. The room was spotless, and the view was beautiful. We asked Liza if it was possible to change our room to the opposite side with an ocean and waterpark view, and she kindly arranged an upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We wanted to extend our trip to Sanya to return to Atlantis, but since it was holiday season, the hotel was fully booked. That said, this definitely won’t be our last stay. We tried three different hotels in different areas of Sanya, and Atlantis was by far our favorite. A heartfelt thank you to Liza and everyone at Atlantis for making our honeymoon so memorable and special. 💙

I’d like to share my unforgettable experience at the Atlantis Hotel in Sanya. ♥️♥️♥️ Airport Transfer Since I had an Ocean View room, I had a private transfer from the airport to the hotel and back in a comfortable car. Meeting the guide at the hotel I was met at the hotel by my guide, Misha from Eden Travel, who helped me with check-in and all the necessary information. A huge thank you to him for that! Check-in Check-in at the Atlantis is standard at 3:00 PM. We arrived at the hotel at 12:00 PM. I was offered a ready-to-move-in room with a column, but I decided to wait for mine until 3:00 PM. I was granted access to all the hotel's entertainment using a QR code. After a walk around the hotel grounds and the aquarium, I was allowed to check in early, at 2:15 PM. ♥️♥️♥️ Hotel Assistant Right after check-in, Shah, the hotel assistant, came to see me with a nice gift. 🥰🥰🥰 He took my phone number and then provided all the information about the hotel, including the activity schedule and recommendations. Shah was constantly asking how I was spending my time and reminded me that he was ready to help with any questions. He even helped me order a takeaway breakfast since I had a very early check-out before 7:00 AM. A huge thank you to him for his care! ♥️♥️♥️ Room As I already mentioned, I booked an Ocean View room on the 25th floor with a stunning sea view. ♥️♥️♥️ The room has a luxurious bathroom, a shower, and all the necessary amenities. The bathroom area was enclosed by sliding doors, which was very convenient for couples with children. The room was spacious, with a king-size bed and a sofa, a work area, and a dining table. The coffee machine and Nespresso capsules 🥰🥰🥰—as a coffee lover, I appreciated this. After walking around the hotel grounds, I found a pleasant surprise in my room: a complimentary welcome gift of fruit, dried mango, and pistachios. 🥰🥰🥰 The room was very quiet, barely audible was the soothing sound of the surf. I really liked the different lighting modes in the room, especially the "romantic" mode. It was very pleasant to take a bath with bath salts in the "romantic atmosphere." Using the app, you can order amenities, food, drinks, concierge service, and more via a QR code—very convenient! The most important thing I noticed was the comfortable, good mattress and pillows that adjust to your needs. A comfortable night's sleep is very important during your vacation! Thank you for your concern! Buffet Breakfast On level G, the buffet breakfast at the Saffon restaurant offers a huge variety of dishes. Everything is exquisite and delicious. I especially loved the freshly squeezed juices, fruits, and pastries. 🥰🥰🥰 Hotel Entertainment The water park, oceanarium, and dolphinarium are available to hotel guests with unlimited access. The oceanarium is stunning with a huge variety of marine life, and mini-shows are held daily, including fish feedings, mermaid and beluga whale dances, and more. 😍😍😍 At the dolphinarium, you can swim and interact with dolphins and beluga whales under the supervision of instructors. Reservations are required, as space may be limited. The water park has numerous slides. Several pools are available to guests, including a family pool and an infinity pool. Picturesque beach access, and of course, coast guards and lifeguards at the pools – guest safety is paramount in China! Room cleaning In the morning, someone knocked on my door and asked when it would be convenient for me to have it cleaned. The hotel staff is very friendly, smiling, and always eager to help. There's no noise outside the room early in the morning. I definitely recommend this wonderful hotel! The best and most unforgettable vacation!
