Charlotte was absolutely incredible! She is so sweet, patient, and genuinely passionate about what she does. She really listened to what I wanted and made the entire experience such a pleasure. I ended up finding the most gorgeous dress for my wedding, and one of my favorite parts was that it was essentially two dresses in one. I was able to remove the cape for a completely different look, so it truly felt like I got two beautiful dresses in one. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience with Charlotte and would absolutely recommend her! 🤍

If you're looking for someone to actually listen instead of trying to convince you that you secretly want a ball gown with 47 pounds of glitter, go to Everthine Bridal and ask for Charlotte. Last summer, while visiting family in Connecticut, my mom decided we were going wedding dress shopping for my spring wedding. We had an appointment (which does have a fee, but I believe it goes toward your dress), and after a less-than-stellar experience at another bridal shop the day before, I was hoping someone would actually hear what I was looking for. Charlotte absolutely delivered. She immediately asked all the right questions; what I liked, what I didn't, my budget, my vision, and then pulled dresses that actually fit those answers. She was incredibly efficient getting me in and out of dresses (which is apparently a talent all its own), and after about five dresses, I found the one. My mom put down the deposit that day, and we ordered it with the expectation that it would arrive about six months later. I also fell in love with a veil with the most gorgeous edged trim that cost considerably more than I had ever imagined spending on something I'd wear for one day. I justified it by telling my mom I'd probably be buried in it someday. Money well spent, right? Charlotte was honest throughout the entire appointment. She pointed out exactly what would need alterations, had me flap my arms like a chicken to make sure the strapless dress wasn't going to stage a dramatic escape during the reception, and explained everything with such confidence that I immediately trusted her. Her accent had me feeling like I was being fitted by Mary Poppins herself; calm, charming, incredibly knowledgeable, and somehow making the whole process feel effortless. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. I felt guided by someone who genuinely knew bridal gowns inside and out, and that made all the difference. The other cute thing is that they give you a handwritten card from the appointment before you telling you congratulations with sweet note inside. Very cute, and thoughtful! My only regret has nothing to do with Charlotte or the dress itself - it's that I live out of state. When my dress arrived in January, the notification went to my mom's email...which she apparently checks with about the same frequency as Hailey's Comet. Then they called the Connecticut house phone...where absolutely no one was because we only live there during the summer. It wasn't until mid-March, when I started panicking about my wedding rapidly approaching, that I realized my dress had been waiting patiently for me all along. Thankfully, we got everything sorted out with just enough time to have alterations done locally. Crisis averted...but phew. So, my one piece of advice: make absolutely sure they have your email and phone number, especially if you're ordering from out of state. Overall, I highly recommend Everthine Bridal, and Charlotte in particular. She isn't there to "sell" you a dress, she's there to help you find your dress. That's a big difference, and one I'm very grateful for.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience at Everthine. I worked with Charlotte and I have to say that while I did not end up purchasing my gown at Everthine, it is because of her guidance and expertise that I was able to trust my gut and ultimately say yes to a dress. Charlotte, if you see this, I thank you from the bottom of my heart! The shop itself is so cute and relaxing. The dresses were gorgeous and the staff were all amazing. They even have a little merch corner in their waiting room with cute bride sweatshirts, candles, and handbags. Book an appointment here and be ready to say yes to the dress!

Bought my dress here on recommendation from a friend who also had a good experience. I had no idea what I wanted going in, but Jane had a process to help me narrow it down that made the whole thing fun and easy. My wedding already happened and I could not have been happier with my dress!

There is one word to describe my experience shopping for my dream wedding dress at Everthine: PERFECTION! I had the most amazing time working with Hillary to select a variety of dresses to try on and had full trust in her choices and suggestions. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and making suggestions based off what I described as well as what she thought would flatter my body. I do not have enough amazing things to say about my experience dress shopping here!
