Absolutely phenomenal to work with. My fiancé got my engagement ring from Gossage Jewelers, and he couldn’t stop talking about how helpful and accommodating they were throughout the entire process. We came back for both of our wedding bands, and with the warmer weather, I recently returned to have my ring resized. The result is flawless, you truly can’t even tell it was adjusted. I needed to get my engagement ring sized but was super hesitant about just handing it off to anyone. A friend recommended Gossage Jewelers. I had the best experience with them and we ended up purchasing our wedding bands from them. We worked with Kari who made the process seamless. And it’s a bonus that it’s a family-run, local, business. Excellent customer care!

We had such a wonderful experience at Gossage Jewelers! Robin was an absolute joy to work with, so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She helped us find the perfect bracelet for my mother-in-law’s 75th birthday, and it truly made the occasion extra special. We’re so grateful for her help and will definitely be back!

I had my 4mm gold ring resized (down a half size) at Gossage and they did an amazing job. No complaints!! I’d trust them any resizing.

i asked for a ring resizing and potential re-shanking of an emerald ring that was a gift. the person who viewed the ring stated that because the band was plated with 18K gold, the ring would be destroyed upon resizing and that they would not do it. he suggested i try "fast-fix jewelry and watch repairs" at green hills mall. this recommendation was shared to me very abruptly. i was unclear if he was trying to say that "fast-fix" was a sub-par jewelry store to "gossage" and therefore would have no problem taking the risk of destroying a ring. it was not made clear to me why that particular business was suggested. regardless, i took the ring to "american jewelers" in brentwood, where the ring was re-shanked, and safe to say, not destroyed. i also experienced more respectful and personable communication at "american jewelers." i understand many others have had a much more positive experience at gossage; however, that was not reflective of my own experience.
