Bought a watch from Kelly G. today and it was a fantastic experience! She was extremely kind, helpful, and insightful. I went in for a watch strap and came out with a new watch, heck of a sales person! Jewelers need more Kelly’s around!

I had a great experience purchasing my Jaeger LeCoultre with King Jewelers. The transaction was seamless from emailing me the link for the purchase to the overnight shipping and delivery the next morning. This is my second luxury watch purchase from King in the last two months. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Recently had two great experiences with King Jewelers! I am from Connecticut and not local to Nashville, so unfortunately I wasn’t able to visit to showroom. I was looking to purchase a Hamilton watch for my husband for his birthday, and a Google search took me to King’s website and they had the exact watch I was looking for. Liz was great to work with, and she was able to coordinate overnight shipping and pickup at a local FedEx location because no one would be home to sign for the package. Because I’d had a great experience and their online selection was so impressive, the following week, I decided to treat myself to a pair of diamond studs that I’d been wanting for a long time. Liz was equally great to work with throughout that transaction, and happily answered my numerous emails with questions about the earrings. I was a little unsure of the size of the studs, so Liz even put the earrings on herself and sent me the photo for size reference. My husband and I are both loving our new watch and earrings. It’s a shame that we live so far away and can’t see the showroom, but hopefully we will get to shop in-store someday. Thank you for being so accommodating and easy work with to out-of-state customers!

We had a great experience working with Michael W at King Jewelers to upgrade my wife’s wedding ring. Michael was very knowledgeable and helped walk us through the buying process.. When my wife wanted to look at other options, Michael quickly got other diamonds in for her to look at. The final outcome was a spectacular ring and a very happy wife.
