We are super impressed with the stock of PS5 games, in addition to additional options and many retro games, accessories, and gaming systems. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff, incredible selection of pre-owned video games, and a fun and welcoming atmosphere make this spot a great day-trip destination for any gamer. If you are lucky enough to live close by, you are fortunate indeed!

Have been coming to this store since its inception for collectibles and now, and they always deliver. Kevin helped me today and went above and beyond, really knows his Riftbound too! Will be back for nexus nights and more business.

Cool experience and shop Lovely pieces inside, most of them standard, a lot of loose consoles and nothing specials of the systems

Was disappointed this past experience that I went in. Two workers were in the store around midday- no customers but me so I go up to one and ask them if they have any new consoles not just preowned. Was told in one word “no.” Thats it. The worker continued to shuffle around the counter and not give me any attention, hardly any eye contact. I had to push to get any kind of conversation started and after another low effort answer I said “that’s it?” He said yea and I left. The man didn’t try and sell me anything in store, which I was willing to purchase, he didn’t give me the time of day to look like he even cared, and to me he seemed more interested in chatting with his co-worker than he did to help at all. Needless to say that will be the last time that I take my business there - instead I will go anywhere that knows the words “Customer Service.”

During our trip from NY to Newport we stopped in and really liked the store. Really nicely organized and easy to find what your looking for. Staff was really friendly and helpful. They also have a bunch of Arcade1up machines to play. Good selection and good prices.
